Service was great buying my new car. Not like other car dealers trying to push a sale and all the extras with it. everything was mad easy and quick, even collecting my car i was told it would take 15 min and it really only took that long. the car was as described and the experience is the best i have had since buying my first car. highly recommend East Midlands Car Centre.

I am so impressed with Joe and the service I have received throughout, with my recent purchase of a gorgeous silver VW Beetle. I live 160 miles away and couldn\'t find a VW Beetle locally so widened my search. I was really nervous about buying a car that I wasn\'t able to see or test drive but Joe was very accommodating and I was able to view it over facetime. I was also really reassured that when the garage gave it a thorough check they found a couple of things that needed fixing and happily rectified them. Joe was very honest and kept me informed of progress. The car was serviced, valeted and arrived at my door in immaculate condition. Drives beautifully. Recently bought a Jaguar X-Type Estate, l have to say the whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Joe explained they had to put the car through an MOT which needed more work than expected but they kept their word and repaired the car within the agreed price! I had an excellent buying experience when I bought the Volvo here. They had researched details of the service history. I was free to test drive the car and the dealership mechanics were happy to check over any queries that I had. I was able to make a bank transaction from their office and they gave me 7 days free insurance so that I could drive it away there and then.
